Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you have:

  • Brown Sugar
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Baking Soda
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

What you need:

  • 3/4  Cup Softened Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Egg


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (conventional) and place sheets of aluminum foil onto countertop for cooling cookies.
  • Open jar and spoon chips into a bowl.
  • Spoon out the next layer of dry ingredients into another bowl, leaving behind the brown sugar.
  • Combine the 3/4 cup softened butter, brown sugar from jar, 2 Tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract in large bowl. Beat at a medium speed until well blended into a creamed mixture.
  • Beat in 1 large egg into creamed mixture.
  • Slowly mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheet (as big or as little as you’d like, just keep them 3 inches apart).
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies, or 11-13 for crisp cookies.
  • Cool for 4 minutes on the baking sheet, then move to aluminum foil to cool.
  • Enjoy!
