WHAT YOU NEED
3/4 cup softened butter
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets.
Combine butter, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat at a medium speed until well blended into a creamed mixture.
Add jar ingredients to a bowl and optional chopped nuts. Mix well, breaking up any clumps.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet (as big or as little as you’d like, just keep them 3 inches apart).
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then remove the cookies and place on wire racks to cool completely.
Enjoy!
