Oatmeal Chocolate Chip

Cookie

What you have:

  • Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown Sugar
  • Oats
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

What you need:

  • 1/2 Cup Softened Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets.

 

  • Scoop out chocolate chips into small bowl, set aside.

 

  • In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, egg, and vanilla until well combined.

 

  • Slowly add in contents of jars and mix thoroughly.  Add in chocolate chips and mix.

 

  • Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes.

 

  • Roll dough into 1″ balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with spoon.

 

  • Bake for 12-14 minutes. Move cookies to cooling rack.

 

  • Enjoy!
