WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Flour
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Oatmeal
  • Raisins
  • Crystalized Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Ground Ginger
  • Baking Soda
WHAT YOU NEED
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 Egg (room temperature)
  • 1 Tablespoon Molasses
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  • Empty the cookie mix into a large bowl and mix all together.
  • In a separate bowl, add the butter, slightly beaten egg, molasses, and vanilla. Mix until completely blended.
  • Add the cookie mix and blend all together. Don’t over blend.
  • Use a spoon to place cookies 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  • Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to racks to finish cooling.
  • Enjoy!
