Preheat oven to 350 Degrees and grease cookie sheet.
Spoon chocolate chips into small bowl, set aside.
Spoon granulated sugar and brown sugar into mixing bowl, add butter and cream together using a hand mixer. Then add egg and vanilla.
Place lid on jar; shake to mix flour, vanilla pudding, soda and salt. Slowly add flour mixture into mixing bowl. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop 1” cookie dough balls onto cookie sheets, leaving 2” between cookies.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Leave cookies on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
