WHAT YOU HAVE
- Powdered Lemonade Flavored Drink Mix
- Sugar
- Vanilla Baking Chips
- Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- Lemon Zest (Optional)
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Empty contents of jar into large bowl

Add 1/2 cup melted butter and stir

Add egg and stir.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla and stir.

*optional – add lemon zest*

Mix thoroughly with hands – the dough will be very sticky!

Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes

Drop 1 inch rounded balls on to ungreased cookie sheet

Flatten slightly with spoon.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Move cookies to cooling rack.
