CARAMEL COOKIE

WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Caramel Bits
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Flour
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar
WHAT YOU NEED
  • 1 1/2 Sticks or 6oz Butter
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Salt
DIRECTIONS
  • Carefully remove caramel bits, chocolate chips, flour, and cocoa powder from the jar and place in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine the brown sugar and white granulated sugar from the jar with 1 1/2 sticks of butter. Once well combined, add the eggs. Scrape the bowl and mix well.
  • Mix in the dry ingredients, chocolate chips, and caramel bits until just combined. Cover and refrigerate dough until chilled.
  • Scoop cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle each cookie with a touch of salt. Bake in a 325-degree oven for ~10-12 minutes until the caramel bits JUST start to melt.
