Carefully remove caramel bits, chocolate chips, flour, and cocoa powder from the jar and place in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine the brown sugar and white granulated sugar from the jar with 1 1/2 sticks of butter. Once well combined, add the eggs. Scrape the bowl and mix well.
Mix in the dry ingredients, chocolate chips, and caramel bits until just combined. Cover and refrigerate dough until chilled.
Scoop cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle each cookie with a touch of salt. Bake in a 325-degree oven for ~10-12 minutes until the caramel bits JUST start to melt.
